Andrea Contreras is a California attorney with twenty-five years of experience specializing in land use, real estate and environmental law.

 

Andrea represents clients pursuing entitlements and development permits throughout the state of California: general plan amendments, specific plans, re-zones, coastal development permits and special or conditional use permits for residential, mixed-use, industrial and commercial developments. In addition, Andrea assists clients with environmental matters, including issues under the California Environmental Quality Act, the California Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act.

 

With experience both as a deputy city attorney and in-house counsel to a private developer, Andrea has developed a 360-degree understanding of the development process few land use attorneys can claim.
